Can you believe it’s almost fall here in the states! I’ve always loved summer and never want it to end but after splitting my time between Arizona and California I’ve realized some things do need to end lol… During my time in Arizona it got up to 120 degrees ugh! It literally makes you not want to even step foot outside but after September we have amazing weather the rest of the year and I am so excited! More so because of the fashion of course…
One topic I’ve been waiting all year for is BOOTS! I think boots make such a statement and make any casual outfit so much more elevate. Over the past few months I’ve been hoarding boot, some a little more pricier than others and some super inexpensive ones. I think you’ll find a good abundance of choices throughout the blog post so lets get into it!
Gianni Bini Katyanna Western Boot
Now you’ve probably seen these all over Pinterest or Insta on girls going to Country concerts but I promise you they are a great statement piece to elevate a “Girls Night Out” look. I was on the hunt for these for over a year until my boyfriend surprised me with them as a Valentine’s Day gift, he was able to track them down in Vegas (yay for me!). They are a Dillards exclusive so it made it a bit more difficult to track them down, but now you won’t have as much trouble as I did trying to find the pair since they have a full restock in their two out of three colors.
I’d pair it with a blazer dress or a pair of baggy denim and a cropped shirt and a denim jacket and you’re good to go! I will say that they are a bit of a struggle to put on, but once you have them on they are a dream! It’s a great piece to include in your shoe collection despite them not being an everyday shoe.
Stewart Weiztman Kolbie Chain Boots
LOVE LOVE LOVE Stewart Weiztman boots! I stumbled upon one of their stores at the outlets in Las Vegas and have been a fan ever since. The quality of their leather is unreal and they are sure to last you for years to come. Combat boots are a staple for me in my closet because they give any outfit a little edgy look. The ones linked above are similar to mine, except these have a chain detailing that either comes in gold or silver. I keep telling myself I don’t need another pair of the same boot, but this extra detail is to cute to pass up!
I just wore mine last week for an 80s concert here in Arizona and I paired it with a pair of cutoff denim, a cut up band tee, and a felt fedora hat. That’s a bit more of an edgier feel but I have also wore them with a cute off the shoulder mini dress for a bit more of a girly look.
Amazon Chelsea Western Bootie
Okay now these have to be my absolute favorite for the price! I ordered these on a wim not thinking much. I needed some boots last minute for a party that I did not know my family was having and I was not about to go to the store and go shopping, especially since this was during the holidays. I opted for the white because I didn’t have white boots at the time and they were perfect for being under $50. I find myself reaching for these every time I get ready, their go great with shorts or with a pair of straight leg denim. Worth every penny!
Sorel Brex Bootie
So when I was planning this blog post I already knew all the shoes I wanted to mention and the Converse boots were one of the I was so excited about! Sadly, I’ve looked everywhere and at the moment Converse is not selling them anywhere 🙁 #sadlife. I’ve included a quick link so y’all can go check them out and see what I’m talking about when I say they are my absolute favorite casual inexpensive boot. But I was able to find a close dupe!
I used Sorel a bunch when I lived in NYC because of the snow and rain, so the cool thing about these boots is that they are waterproof! For my girls that live in colder areas this is perfect because it still gives you an inch or two of height without the fear of slipping and falling. They are a tad bit on the pricier side but will last you a few years and you can wear them in every season. You can’t beat it!
Schutz Maryana boot
Designer shoe for less? I think yes! I’ve been obsessed with these shoes for years. They have a brick-and-motor in Beverly hills on Rodeo Dr. so if you’re local to the area definitely stop buy and check out their collections! All their shoes are to die for but since this blog post is all about boots, that’s what we’re going to stick with!
The Mariana comes in so many different colors and they kind of remind me of a dupe to the Paris Texas boots but without the luxury price tag. My favorite are by far the snakeskin ones because they are neutral enough to work in any season and for any occasion! They always come out with different styles every season so shop around and see what works best for your closet!
Nine West Ghost Ankle Booties
My OG favorite brand! My mom would wear their heels and boots when she was younger all the time and I remember going in her closet and trying them on. When I’m looking for a cute casual bootie to wear everyday, Nine West is my go to! They always have sales going on which is perfect when you’re on a budget. These Ghost Ankle Booties are perfect to throw on for work or a casual night out and the best thing is once you break them in you can wear them for hours without your feet hurting! I bought a pair a few years ago and I barley had to retire them a few months ago, and trust me I was still trying to keep them around haha.
Whatever the case may be I think one of these shoes can find its way to your closet. There is a little something for every type of girl! From heel to no heel and from edgy to girly! As you guys probably already know, I don’t have a particular style, and I love that! If you’ve ever heard the expression “I like what I like” well that’s me, fashion has no rules and I love that I get to continue to show y’all my take on it. See y’all in the next post!
