It’s the first day of the Spring sale for Sephora! If you did not already know Sephora usually has a sale a few times per year where they offer customers 10-15%. Depending on their beauty insider level.
With the world starting to slowly open back up again, people are starting to go out more and enjoy themselves! So what better way then to start preparing and purchasing all your favorite Sephora products than during the sale!
Even without their sale, Sephora carries some AMAZING brands that are definitely worth checking out!
1. Supergoop! Glowscreen Sunscreen
I discovered this sunscreen almost a year ago and I have become a devoted fan ever since! All Supergoop! products are so freaking good it’s ridiculous! If you’re looking for a sunscreen with a little bit of a tint give this one a try, you will not be disappointed! If you’re not a fan of a “dewy” look I suggest giving their Unseen sunscreen a try
2. Dr. Lara Devgan Vitamin C+B+E Ferulic Serum
BEST PRODUCT EVER! Dr. Devgan is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in New York City that created her own skincare line. I have tried about half of all her products in her line and they all ROCK! But… this product is by far my favorite! It helps fade hyper-pigmentation, helps minimize your pore size, and gives your skin such a radiant glow! Definitely on the pricier side but a bottle is sure to last you a few months!
3. Becca Cosmetics Backlight Priming Filter Face Primer
If you’re looking for a hydrating yet glowy primer that is going to make your makeup last well over 4 hours, then look no further! This product pairs perfectly under any full coverage foundation or just concealer if that’s how you roll. Another favorite way to wear it is on its own and with a little bit of powder where you tend to get more oily.
4. Benefit Cosmetics Hoola Bronzer
Yes I know this sounds like such a no-brainer product but literally changed the game for contour and bronzing. The color is great on any skin tone and you get multiple uses out of the product. Use it to contour your nose, bronzer your cheeks, as an eyeshadow, or as eyeliner if you just wet your brush a bit.
5. Becca Pressed Highlighter
Another OG favorite! The glow this gives is immaculate. Champagne Pop is a shade I always go for but literally any shade you get will give you the glow you are looking for. This is another product I use for everything. Eyeshadow for my lids or to brighten my inner corner, to highlight my collar bones when I am wearing a strapless top, and then just to glow my cheekbones.
6. Tarte Amazonian Clay Blush
Tarte has been making amazing blushes since like.. FOREVER.. They have such a wide color range but I personally love their light pink tones. Their blushes tend to have a bit of “glitter” built-in. So if you do not want to buy highlighter you can get a blush and highlighter in one with this product!
7. Laura Mercier Loose Setting Powder
Another popular product you cannot pass up! I waited so long to finally purchase this item because I thought, “$40 for a powder?! There is no way!” But I finally gave in and boy… When I tell you this is life-changing it is literally life-changing! It is the only powder you will ever need and it will last you so freaking long!
8. Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask
My old coworker convinced me to finally purchase this! New York winters always come with dry and cracked lips and I could not be walking around like that haha. It is a thick mask that moisturizes the heck out of your lips! I recommend putting it on right before you go to bed and/or when you are doing your makeup.
9. MILK Makeup Hydro Grip Primer
Now some of you might not be gel primers but trust me when I say this is so great! It literally sticks to anything and everything. If you have a breakout that is hard to cover, put with this primer on top of it, cover with concealer, and you will not be able to see it!
10. Too Faced Born This Way Foundation
I literally got all my friends and sister hooked on this foundation! It is so great and moisturizing plus it lasts super long without it melting off your face. If you do not like a dewy finish to your face then opt for a different one! This is all about the glow and I ain’t mad at it!
11. Supergoop! (Re) setting 100% Mineral Powder
Ahh, my one true love! I am sure all of you know that in order for your sunscreen to be effective in protecting you, you have to apply it every 2-3 hours. Well if you did not then SURPRISE! Unfortunately for us girls that love a full beat of makeup, it is impossible to apply sunscreen over our face. But this little number is a powder sunscreen that you can easily apply all over your face whenever it suits you! I always keep this on hand in my purse or in my car!
12. Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
This might be such a basic recommendation but I am so serious when I say I LOVE this spray. It makes such a difference when you spray it after you do your makeup and then when you do not. Sometimes Sephora sells value packs that come in two and that’s when you should definitely stock up!
13. Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Toner
This toner smells like heaven! Literally smells like a watermelon popsicle. If your main skin concern is your pores, this helps with minimizing it because of the PHAs and BHAs.
14. OLEHENRIKSEN Dark Spot Toner
This is another of my favorite toners! It truly helps so much with fading old acne scars. It also helps with skin dullness and giving you a glow the moment you put it on! Cannot go wrong with this one.
15. The Inkey List Hyaluronic Acid Hydrating Serum
If you shave your face or get any facials done then you should be using hyaluronic acid. Do not let the word acid scare you, its main job is to moisturize and it makes such a difference especially during the colder months where our skin needs the most help.
16. Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting Liquid Exfoliant
This is my OMG LIFE-CHANGING PRODUCT! I was always seeing advertisements for this product all over YouTube and Instagram but thought it was another “too good to be true” product. Let me break the news. It’s not. I put this on my face every night and still notice my skin progressively getting better each and every day. If you suffer from clogged pores, blackheads, closed comedones THIS IS FOR YOU!
17. IGK Direct Flight Dry Shampoo
If you read my blog post on Getting Your Hair Done at a Beverly Hills Celebrity Salon, then you would already know about this product. IGK has a few hair salons throughout the states so they know what they are doing when it comes to products. If you’re looking for a dry shampoo to give you volume, soak up excess oil, and not leave you with white residue then this is the one!
18. Drybar Mini Straightening Brush
This hair straightener is perfect for the girls that are always running late haha (myself included)! A brush and a straightener all in one, what more can you ask for? It honestly works great for a full style or touch-ups. If you have an outlet in your car, you can keep it in your glove box and do your hair on the go!
19. Virtue Full Shampoo and Recovery Conditioner
I am a true believer that if you are going to spend money to dye your hair professionally, you should also spend money to make sure it looks good on the days you do not go to the salon. Unfortunately with dyeing your hair, it can get a bit dry and have breakage. But with this line of Virtue shampoo and conditioner, your hair will be stronger than ever!
