Can you believe its already November!? It’s officially the holiday season and the next holiday leading up to the end of the year is Thanksgiving. The official, unofficial, last day of fall fashion. So what better way to dress up then giving y’all some cute Thanksgiving outfits to choose from. Whether you’re going to be having dinner at home with family, attending a party, or going out to dinner at a nice restaurant, there is something for everyone to feel their best this Thanksgiving season.
SWEATER DRESSES
Sweater dresses are gold around the holiday season! They are easy to throw on and simple enough where there is not really much thought given. The best thing about them is that you can pair it with either heels, riding boots, or plain sneakers. I personally love them because, let’s be real… We’re all going to be eating so much good food and we do not want any tight clothing to restrict us from eating all we want.
I found the two perfect dresses that is sure to be a show stopper for any event you are going to on Thanksgiving day. One is from Lulu’s and it is a bit thicker since it’s cable knit and it comes in two amazing colors! The pink is definitely an attention grabber and not the traditional fall color. The other is from a newly discovered favorite store called Buckle. This has a tie belt and comes in the traditional fall camel color. Both are perfect to give you that cute Thanksgiving day outfits inspo you’re looking for.
LEATHER PANTS AND SWEATER
If you don’t know by now, my love language is leather pants. There is something about them that just take an outfit to the next level. Another thing to love is that so many retailers have their version of them. Straight, skinny, bootcut leg and an array of different colors. Y’all know from my other blogs that Zara has some great quality options but after shopping around, Abercrombie & Fitch has the best assortment.
When looking for cute Thanksgiving outfits I would go for the brown vegan 90s leather straight pants and pair with a nice knit sweater. The best one I found is from H & M and it comes off the shoulder in case you want to show a little skin! It also happens to be under $30 and if you’re a college student you get an even more of a discount. Pair with some cute ankle booties and accessorize with neutral jewelry and you’ll be good for a day full of eating!

SKIRT AND BLAZER
Is it even a cute Thanksgiving outfit if you don’t have a skirt? I’ve been obsessing over pleated skirts recently, especially the one from Alo and thought Thanksgiving is the perfect excuse to wear one. H & M has the best holiday/fall/winter clothes so they are going to be mentioned a ton this season! That being said this chocolate brown pleated skirt, with one of their oversized blazers and a waist belt is the sophisticated outfit you were looking for this season. I would totally add some calf boots and a chunky turtle neck sweater and you’re ready for your photo op!

SHORTS AND A CHUNKY SWEATER
Another outfit I would say is a little unconventional is shorts in the fall and winter. You might be thinking, “Not where I live” but hear me out! Any high waisted paperbag waist shorts are great for any event you have to dress up for. This piece has been in fashion for a few years lately and it’s because it is so versatile and can be worn for every season. Particularly, to style great cute Thanksgiving outfits is with some tights and a comfy oversized sweater. If you’re planning on leaving your house you can even throw on a warm coat or jacket that was featured on my previous blog and you’ll be set.
